congrats, you learned the "Still image shonen syndrome"!
Seriously though, don't you think 20 second of zoom-in followed by 25 second of zoom-out on an almost still-image is a bit too much of... "nothing" ? It felt like watching that one scene from naruto right after he turns into a fox vs orochimaru... you know, with the 2 minutes of still-image and zoom-in/out and a few texture elements.

At least you got that technique down. Now you just need to balance the stuff so it feels less like a drag to make.

It was supposed to be a 'calm before the storm' kind of thing, but surely you can understand why I abandoned the project if I put so much work into 'nothing'..
Just imagine the workload when something actually happened. ._.'

Thanks for the input, I'll keep it in mind when working on building tension. I'm not much of a director though. What do you mean by 'balancing the stuff'?

This is the kind of thing I'm trying to achieve. It is not easy, the hardest path of all I'd say.
Today, most people shut themselve from all kind of love. Fourty years ago it was the complete opposite. through history, mankind has faced a lot of changes. Especially when it comes to "love". Today, we see "love is gay. we don't need love. money buys love" and many more... weird thoughts.
The hypersexualization of society doesn't help. Everything is physical today and that is wrong.

I'm at a loss of words when I see such comments like thoses below. I never know what to say when I hear them around me. I don't know what to do when I see all of that.
You know, Jordan. I think I can understand most of what you explained through your videos. I can't claim perfect understanding or anything like that. It's mostly instinct in my case. Some parts I already knew, but I never researched anything about it. Some parts I had some idea about them, but never put in any real thoughts. I think this is why SS grabbed my attention.

However, I don't think Newgrounds is the best place for SS. But then again, if it wasn't on NG, i'd have never known about it. I for one, am glad SS exist. I am grateful to you for all of your work. You gave me the little push I needed to realise what I WANT to do. You aided me in creating a better future for me and my family.

I was thinking about joining the SS website. I think now might be the perfect time for that.

By the way, the SS website is under heavy construction and is broken to high hell :P It's a representation of something, and we're getting it fixed and transmuted. Just letting you know, you can still visit the site, it might just not work right..

You need to work on the fluidity of you animation and the "blank" sound part.

One question though : How is Raito able to kill Goku? Only a "few" know his real name is Kakkarot.

There is place for improvement. I suggest you find a way to fade the music instead of those 1~3 seconds of complete silence. Some are good, but some should be filled.
Text is fast, it's ok. but try to keep it consistent. Sometime text fly by faster than the last. We're not robots.

The story in itself was good. Not too complicated but some part are.. without a meaning. It's not a bad thing, it's just that if I don't understand the link, i find it difficult to comprehend the character as a whole.
